The Premium experience

The Premium Experience includes a beautifully styled DIY craft or activity station for your celebration with a dedicated Paper Crowns host there to guide your guests and make the magic happen.

Best For: Hosts who want to be completely hands-off and enjoy the celebration alongside their guests. A dedicated Paper Crowns host will remain onsite to guide the activity, assist every guest, and keep the creative fun flowing from start to finish.

What you provide: Hosts are responsible for providing a comfortable space (typically just a table and chairs) for setup with the appropriate amount of seating. Tables and chairs are not included in package but can be added for an additional fee.

While our Premium Experience packages provide a beautiful starting point, we love making each experience feel uniquely yours. From the craft itself to the colors, materials, packaging, signage, and styling, we can customize the details to complement your theme, celebration, and vision.

Custom requests may affect the final pricing depending on the materials and level of customization involved.

  • 1 on 1 design consultation

  • Custom moodboard + proposal

  • A fully styled DIY craft bar or activity

  • All materials, tools, supplies, and creative components needed for the craft/activity experience

  • Individual place settings for each guest

  • 2 custom table signs tailored to your event’s theme

    • DIY craft/activity experience sign i.e. “Claw Clip Charm Bar” etc.

    • Instruction sign with a brief overview of how the DIY craft bar works for guests

  • Table decor including placemats, & a tablecloth selected to complement your event’s theme.

  • Professional setup and styling before your first guests arrive

  • Dedicated Paper Crowns host onsite

  • Guided facilitation from start to finish

  • Teardown and cleanup of the craft station after the experience

  • A take-home creation + packaging (when necessary depending on craft/activity) for every guest

The premium Experience

  • We currently serve celebrations within approximately a 40-mile radius of Knoxville.

    Planning something a little farther away? We may be able to accommodate your event depending on the location, availability, and details of your celebration. Just ask! Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

  • Once you’ve secured your date, we take care of the sourcing, preparation, styling, setup, and teardown. On the day of your event, everything will be beautifully arranged and ready for your guests to enjoy.

    A dedicated Paper Crowns host will remain onsite to guide the craft or activity, assist every guest, and keep the creative fun flowing from start to finish.

  • Yes. A dedicated Paper Crowns host will remain onsite to guide the craft or activity, assist every guest, and keep the creative fun flowing from start to finish.

  • Yes. A retainer fee or 50% of your total is required to secure your event date. The remaining 50% of your balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.

  • We get it. Life happens, and plans shift. If you need to reschedule or cancel, any payments made beyond your non-refundable retainer fee can be credited toward a future celebration within 12 months. Your retainer is never wasted either, we’ll gladly carry it forward and apply it towards your rescheduled celebration.

  • Just the space! You’ll need to provide a suitable area for the experience, including a table and chairs for your guests.

    Need a little help with seating? Tables and chairs can also be provided for an additional fee, if needed.

  • All of our DIY Craft Bar & Activity Experiences are designed for 8 guests.

    Need to accommodate a larger group? No problem! Additional guests can be added for $20 per person.

  • We recommend booking your Premium Experience at least one month in advance. This allows us enough time to thoughtfully source all materials, prepare your personalized experience, and ensure every detail is ready for your celebration.

    For custom requests, larger guest counts, or especially detailed themes, we recommend reaching out as early as possible so we have plenty of time to bring your vision to life.
