Now that your date has been secured, the fun really begins! Using all the details you’ve shared about your celebration, we’ll begin gathering inspiration and creating a digital moodboard to bring your vision to life. The goal? To make sure the styling of your DIY craft bar or activity station feels cohesive with the overall aesthetic and vibe of your celebration — and that we’re all on the same page before we bring it to life.

A custom proposal + quote will be presented to you within 2-4 business days for you to review. Have a few tweaks? We’ll make any requested revisions until everything feels just right. Once approved, an agreement for you to sign + a retainer invoice for 50% of your total will be sent to secure your date on the calendar.

We’ll arrive 60 minutes before your celebration to set everything up and make sure your experience is party-ready. Depending on the experience package you’ve selected, we’ll either stay to host and guide the activity or leave everything beautifully set up for you to enjoy. Once the celebration is over, we’ll pack everything up, clean up our space, and leave you to enjoy the rest of your day. It will be as if we were never even there!

Planning something a little farther away? We may be able to accommodate your event depending on the location, availability, and details of your celebration. Just ask! Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
