We currently serve celebrations within approximately a 40-mile radius of Knoxville.
Planning something a little farther away? We may be able to accommodate your event depending on the location, availability, and details of your celebration. Just ask! Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

We can provide as much or as little help as you need to bring your vision to life. DIY craft bars and activity station experiences are our bread and butter, but we also offer full-service party planning and graphic design add-ons.

This depends on the experience package you chose. If you’d prefer to have a dedicated host guide your guests from start to finish, our Premium Experience is the perfect option.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.

Just the space! You’ll need to provide a suitable area for the experience, including a table and chairs for your guests.
Need a little help with seating? Tables and chairs can also be provided for an additional fee, if needed.

We recommend booking Paper Crowns Party Box at least 3 weeks in advance. This allows us enough time to thoughtfully source all materials and ensure every detail is ready for your celebration.
If you happen to have a last minute gathering, we’re happy to work with you though. Just reach out and together we can figure out how to bring your vision to life as quickly as possible.
For custom requests, larger guest counts, or especially detailed themes, we recommend reaching out as early as possible so we have plenty of time to bring your vision to life.
