  • We currently serve celebrations within approximately a 40-mile radius of Knoxville.

    Planning something a little farther away? We may be able to accommodate your event depending on the location, availability, and details of your celebration. Just ask! Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

  • We source the materials, prepare each guest’s supplies, and beautifully package your entire creative experience and deliver it right to your door. Everything you need (other than the space) for your DIY craft or activity station arrives ready to unpack, set out, and enjoy—no shopping, sourcing, or last-minute craft-store runs required.

    You provide the party. We provide the creative magic.

  • No. The Paper Crowns Party Box is self guided. We provide everything you need to set up but a dedicated craft host is not onsite before, during, or after the day of your event.

    If you’d prefer to have a dedicated host guide your guests through the experience from start to finish, our Premium Experience is the perfect option.

  • Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.

  • Just the space! You’ll need to provide a suitable area for the experience, including a table and chairs for your guests.

    Need a little help with seating? Tables and chairs can also be provided for an additional fee, if needed.

  • The Paper Crown Party Box is made for 8 guests.

    Need to accommodate a larger group? No problem! Additional guests can be added for $12 per person.

  • We recommend booking Paper Crowns Party Box at least 3 weeks in advance. This allows us enough time to thoughtfully source all materials and ensure every detail is ready for your celebration.

    If you happen to have a last minute gathering, we’re happy to work with you though. Just reach out and together we can figure out how to bring your vision to life as quickly as possible.

    For custom requests, larger guest counts, or especially detailed themes, we recommend reaching out as early as possible so we have plenty of time to bring your vision to life.
